Emily Steel

Emily is no ordinary coach, not by any stretch of the imagination. Former National Swimmer, Elite CrossFit athlete with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree from Loughborough University, the top ranked Sport University in the world. Having to juggle a number of goals at a young age, Emily comes with no ordinary outlook to fitness, wellbeing, and balance. You will have questions, questions that may have previously kept you from achieving your goals. Emily will answer them. This ‘can-do’ approach to your goals and wellbeing will lead you to a lasting lifetime of fitness. “Can I make a real change?” If you ask Emily, the answer will be yes.
